THE PEDICURE!!! First of all I have to say that having my husband back after three long weeks has brought my sanity back. I sure appreciate him a lot more, and I don't think the kids will ever forget how long their dad was in Nentucky ( aka Kentucky). They have not let him out of their site and are like little puppy dogs at his heels. So the first Saturday after Shaun was back I went to get a pedicure. It was much needed and much deserved if I do say so myself. When I walked in, a cute little Asian women told me to come and sit down and put my feet in the water. When she started massaging my feet I noticed that she had rubber gloves on. I thought to myself, "What a great place, they are so sanitary here!" Then I looked up at the three other ladies getting pedicures and noticed that the women giving them pedicures did not have rubber gloves on. That got me to speculating........... Was my lady the only one in this salon that wears gloves and is just a super clean person, or do they save the rubber gloves for those special clients that have less then desirable toe jam? Did they say in chinese as I walked in the door.......... "We have got a rubber glover coming in get ready!!! Either way, I am bound and determined to find out the mystery behind my pedicurest. Maybe I will pop in unexpected and catch her in the act with somebody else without her gloves on, or maybe I will take a crash course in Chinese from my dad and find out what they are saying. I will let every one know. :) hehehe
Since Shaun has come home Roxcy will only fall asleep at night if he rocks her. It is so cute and absolutley endearing.
Roxcys hair is finalling starting to grow.......... Straight up!!! It is hilarious. And to my complete excitement it has a red tint. I have always wanted a red head. What a little sweetie
I came in the kitchen the other day and found this beautiful creation on my kitchen table. Mckay created it and said it was an alien blob monster and that I had to leave it until daddy got home. So, we set the table around our little alien and had a pleasant dinner with mom, dad, Roxcy, Jaden, Mckay, and the blob monster. No one lost their appetites needless to say.

Jaden came down with strep throat last week and was really sick. She would sleep on and off all day long and did not want to eat or do anything. It is always so hard for me to see my kids sick. I knew she was feeling better when I went in to check on her in her room and she asked me where her tiara was and that she needed to put it on because it would make her feel better. I did all I could to keep a serious expression. So Cute and so Funny!!
ON YOUR MARK, GET SET, GO!!!!! Roxcy at 9 months crawling. While Shaun was gone she started doing the army crawl but she waited for the full on crawl until he got home. She is cruising all over the place and Jaden and Mckay love putting items in front of her to crawl to.

That is so sweet. Your kids are adorable. I can't believe how big they are~ I am glad your hubby is home, mine s just getting ready to leave~ I'll be so sad. Its not for three weeks... Bit it is a few days each week for three weeks~ That will be hectic I'm sure~ I hope you guys are doing well.
I loved reading your blog. On the pedicure thing-good for yourself-on the glove thing(maybe she keeping you from some fungus that grows on her hands)! Hope this helps ease your worries.
I can always tell when you update your blog, because I get a comment on mine the same day. :) While I was looking at the first pictures of Roxcy, Michael came in and said, "hey, that's my friend Mckay." I must say, the little lady definetly resembles her big brother! She's adorable. And the alien blob?...definetly a Mckay thing...:)so cute!
Ok...so I have thoroughly checked out your feet and have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with HER hands and definitely NOT your feet. I think she has issues. I know that I am passing judgement on the pedicure chick but your feet look way too good. :)
So Dean ran into Shaun at the car wash last week and he said he just returned home after 3 weeks. You poor thing! You are a serious trooper and deserved every ounce of time off. :)

yeah! you finally made a new post :) Why in the world was Shaun gone for so long?! I guess I'll have to call u to find out! How cute that Roxcy wants him to rock him to sleep. I almost cried when I saw that picture! I seriously would LOVE it if Lincoln would let us rock him to sleep! I love her green shirt! I think I saw that? Childrens Place? Love the blob! hilarious! As for the pedicurist.....first thing I thought of when u said she was wearing gloves is that SHE had some kind of gross skin disease or something that would scare the client and hides them......watch your feet closely the next few weeks! j/k....When I'm sick I know when I wear my tiara it always makes me feel better! How fun that Roxcy is crawling! I love that age. Love u
Not to knock asian salons but they are usually not so sanitary. My guess is she had a fungus or an open sore on her hand/finger. Roxcy looks really cute with red crazy hair. Think of the styles that you could do with that.
O.K. the Chinese lady cracked me up. I'm sure you weren't one of the rubber glovers. But, they do look beautiful and I'm sooo jealous. The kiddos are still adorable and we still miss you tons. Lots of houses for sale by me. Oh, and I want to go to lunch too..
Wow- what an update! When you update, you really update. Let me remind you that just because you put a ton of pictures up doesn't mean you can wait another month before updating again! Oh and your fam is so cute, your toes look wonderful, Roxcy is to die for and I want to eat her up!
That is so sweet! I can't believe how big your kids are! It is crazy how fast time goes by. I love the story about the lady doing your toes. Be very careful and make sure that your nail place is very clean and that they clean their tools properly. I have been getting tips on my nails for 10 years almost and have had no problems and the place here in California gave me nail fungus!! Ewww.... I know. All because the person didn't clean their tools after the person before me. Anyway, so glad that you guys are doing well. I still remember when you guys came over and McKay was in the jibber-jabber stage. So funny. They grow up so fast!
